So about 4 months ago Sun announced Project Blackbox. basically they took a shipping container and turned it into a portable server farm/data center. I was reading an article and it got me thinking. How great would this be for the FTTP Players. Instead of spending months figuring out where to put the CO, figuring out how many square feet you will need, building it and then running fiber to it you could instead have one of these, pre-configured with all the equipment you would need.
